Project: 3rd-level Server operations, IT infrastructure design, planning and executing Exchange Online and Windows Server migrations. Supported global PKI enrollment and streamlined patch management processes. Planned Intune client enrollments and designed Intune delivery groups in collaboration with client team. Supported hand over of Infrastructure Management from local German team to US-based international team and helped with integration of new team.

Scope and tools: Large-sized environment - Managed over 10,000 clients and over 2,000 Windows Server systems within a hybrid Azure Infrastructure and Nutanix environment, alongside M365 and Intune management. Utilized PowerShell, Exchange Admin Center (EAC), Azure AD Connect (AADC), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), PKI, WSUS, SCCM/Configuration Manager, Group Policy (GPO) management and Veeam Backup and Replication.

 Traveled, sailed, and worked across Europe and Latin America, gaining international experience and broadening my perspective (and admittedly, having a lot of fun)

Upon returning to Germany, I focused on professional development, earning several certifications, including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and the MCSA: Windows Server 2016 as well as MS Exams 740, 741, and 742, all certified in 2018.
